Working closely with the educational development team in our Prep School, we continually develop our educational programmes to provide learning and development opportunities which are planned around the needs and interests of each individual. Our extensive grounds and wide variety of resources allow us use every aspect of the environment to part of the learning journey.

MEAL TIMES AND NUTRITION

Chefs use high-quality meat, fruit and vegetables to provide freshly prepared meals daily in our Prep School dining hall. Our children are encouraged to try new foods and widen their knowledge and tastes.
MEAL TIMES
Meal times are a truly social event at Castle House. Our nursery family enjoy home cooked food alongside the children and staff from our Prep School. This level of social interaction at meal times is something our children always look forward too.
All dietary requirements and allergies will be accounted for as required.

Explore The Outdoors
Castle House Nursery School is unique in offering all children the opportunity to learn outside in our wonderful Forest School.
Under careful supervision, Forest School takes place in all weathers. Children are taught to keep themselves safe by taking manageable risks, they are encouraged to ask questions and to explore their environment whilst taking responsibility and being valued as part of the Forest School experience. These sessions provide a healthy break from the structure of school life and help children develop confidence and broaden learning.
